This is my favorite breakfast right now and it is seriously so simple! It’s overnight oats, it has an almost pudding consistency thanks to the chia seeds, and I’m addicted!
You will need:
- 1/4 cup of oats (not quick cook)
- 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup of Plain 0% Greek Yoghurt
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp of Raw Honey
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Toppings of choice – I chose Strawberries
Simply grab a mason jar or even a big mug and combine all of your ingredients, minus your toppings. Stir everything together and put in the fridge overnight…
Fast forward 9 Hours and you can add your toppings! Some great options for toppings would be:
- Any kind of Berries
- Plain Nuts – Like Almonds
Now you can enjoy your breakfast and catch some extra Zzz’s, sounds like a pretty perfect morning!
